Negative Pressure Degasser
The negative pressure degasser plays an important role in balancing the drilling pressure in the entire drilling fluid solids control system, and can effectively remove harmful gases in the mud.
Xi'an HL negative pressure degasser uses the suction effect of a vacuum pump to create a negative pressure zone in the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe and then sprays from the windows around the hollow shaft. Because of the impact and separation wheel, the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers. The bubbles immersed in the mud are broken, and the gas escapes. The gas is separated by the vacuum pump and the gas-water separator. The exhaust pipe is discharged to a safe area, and the mud is discharged out of the tank by the impeller. Since the main motor is started first, and the impeller connected to the motor is rotating at a high speed, the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe and will not be sucked through the discharge pipe.
The practice has proved that the negative pressure degasser is the most effective degassing equipment for oil field drilling and processing gas-leaching mud.
